Grand Opening Kikara Langley

Kikara is very proud to have a new location in Langley! Join us on Saturday, July 15th, 2006 for our grand opening. We'll have some extremely exciting martial arts demonstrations, an opportunity for one-on-one time with our instructors, and some yummy nibbles for everyone.

Kikara teaches an innovative martial arts style called Sport Kickboxing. It's a unique mix of defensive techniques, kicking, grappling, boxing, and weapons techniques. It combines the techniques of more traditional martial arts with the athleticism and cardio components of kickboxing. Our philosophy focusses on fitness, self defence, and family fun--our students can begin our programs at just four years old, though they range in age up to sixty-five. Our style has been featured in the Vancouver Sun, the Ming Pao, and channel m, and will be profiled in three upcoming segments on Global BC.
